At Ywigs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your hair, we offer easy returns and exchanges on eligible items in their original, unaltered condition within 15 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the wig is in its original state—unworn, uncut, and unwashed with all tags and packaging intact—then pack it securely to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Use a traceable shipping service to send the package back to us; please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
